add the ability for users to save "tagged" vserver backups

It might be nice to add the ability for users to be able to backup like "revisions" or "tagged" versions of their vservers, so if they want instead of just formatting and starting from scratch, they can start from their own templates, as well as from the default system template too.

You may take a backup-snapshot at any time. Do it when you've sucessfully setup your vServer and you've got a template to work with.
